Jess can perform legal wedding ceremonies with optional exchange of rings and personal vows. All you need is a valid Nevada Marriage License from the Marriage License Bureau @ 201 E Clark Ave. (It’s open 7 days a week 8am to midnight & costs about $100) Jess is licensed by the state to perform marriages and sign your legal documents. (Price is for document signing and Ceremony only; consider this an upgrade to an existing photo package.)
